Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – STREET FOOD TOUR (D)
Upon arrival at the airport, meet and greet by our local English-Speaking guide and transfer to hotel in Hanoi. Your room at hotel will NOT be at your disposal until 14:00hrs.
Enjoy your rest of time at leisure.
17:00hrs, Meet our guide at hotel lobby, transfer to the Old Quarter, then start walking tour in Old Quarter "36 streets" to visit some famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants, shops where they run their business every day, certainly you will watch and taste some particular dishes.
It is very difficult to find some local food on your own in hidden alleys or sidewalks; certainly the best way to make it easy is joining with us, taking part in this special tour to learn about Vietnamese cuisine, culture, people and language. After all, Vietnamese Street Food will give you a unique experience to try the foods of the local Hanoi people which are handled hygienically and provide a comfortable venue for the tasting for example Pho (noodle), egg coffee, Bun Cha, Cha ca La Vong... The benefit also goes back to the vendors or restaurants/ families as we buy directly from them.

Remark: Vietnamese Street Foot tour is focusing on street food stalls as well as lovely mini restaurants (not luxury restaurants), certainly they are experienced and appreciated by our local experts every day, you'll keep on ordering food as long as you keep eating, suggestion that you should taste a little bit each place, then the next.

Meal: Dinner (street food tour)
Accommodation at selected hotel in Hanoi
Day 2: COOKING CLASS AND JEEP & BEER (B,L)
08:30hrs, heading to Hanoi Cooking Center regarded as the leading school in Hanoi to continue your culinary knowledge. Start a hands-on cooking class then enjoy the dishes that you have prepared.

After lunch, we start a new adventure with fully restored US Army Jeep. The relaxing drive could offer you a lot of time for taking photos, save the best moments. Keep driving on small, busy street of Hanoi, it leads you to another part of Hanoi. This part was built in the late 19th early 20th century during colonial time for French residents and offices with Parisian-style buildings and boulevards.
Now we start into the very interesting part of the trip with a drive around the West Lake – the largest lake in Hanoi (about 500ha). Driving on narrow streets but a lot of fun when we could see everything from local people’s daily routine closer. Stop anytime we need for taking photos or any attraction that attract us.
Leave the lake; we will head to a local beer shop where the most famous draught beer in Vietnam is brewed. This brewery was built by the French in 1890, it is believed that the special water source at the brewer makes Hanoi draught beer become the best in Vietnam. Believe or not, you could check it by having 1 hour flea flow at the brewery or restaurant nearby. Drinking amongst the locals, having fun time and listening the beer stories of locals.

Découverte de la cuisine vietnamienne (15 jours 14 nuits)
15 jours / 14 nuits
